Users who require more than 300GB in size are doing a large volume of proofing, and WeAproove+ is not the correct product for this volume.

Add additional Team Members to your account for $7 per user per month. Team members share your dashboard and have the ability to create and share proofs.
Once you purchase new users, go to "My Users" under the Settings Menu from here; you can allocate the accounts to your teammates.
Users who require more than 20 users should visit Aproove Work Management, which is scaled to meet higher demand levels and more complex workflows.

Remove the WeAproove+ Logo from within the application and on email notifications and replace it with your company logo!
Once unlocked, you can apply your custom logo under the Settings / My Subscription menu. Hover above the WeAproove+ Logo and upload your custom logo. Once applied, it will appear in the interface and automatically be applied to any outgoing emails.
Unlock the 2FA tool if you require an additional layer of security with your Online Proofing.
Using 2FA, the user who received the invite would receive a second email containing a code that is required to gain access.
